About Card Shows & Shops
Card Shows & Shops is a calendar of card shows, conventions and shop events across Canada, a directory of the card shops that set up at them, and a set of card-by-card guides. Sports cards, Pokémon and every other TCG. Listing a show or a shop is free, and the people who run them control what their listing says.
Where the shows come from
Organizers send in their own shows, and collectors send in the shows they hear about. A person checks every show before it goes up. Each show page says whether the organizer manages it.
Where the shops come from
Shop details are checked on each shop's own website: name, address, phone, hours and what it sells. We don't copy other directories, and we don't copy Google reviews, ratings or photos. Some locations are cross-checked against OpenStreetMap.
Organizers and shops
If your show or shop is here, claim it to keep it right. If it isn't, add a show or add your shop.
The guides
Every guide is drawn as a trading card. The card design is our own: it isn't any manufacturer's design, and team names are used only to say which team a player was on. Card photos are our own scans or licensed images. Prices are recent sales with the date each one sold, so you can judge how fresh they are.
What we don't do
- We don't sell rankings or invent reviews or ratings.
- We don't email organizers or shops that haven't asked to hear from us.
- Featured placements are labelled, and their links are marked as sponsored.
- We never share a seller's details with anyone but the buyer who handles their area.
