The 1987 Topps set, with its wood-grain borders, was printed in enormous numbers. The base set is easy to find and inexpensive. Value comes from three places: the Barry Bonds rookie (#320) in top grades, the limited Tiffany version of the set, and rare perfect copies.
Topps Tiffany was a limited, glossy version of the Topps set sold only as complete factory sets through hobby dealers in the late 1980s. Same cards, same numbers, a white glossy back and a far smaller print run, which is why a Tiffany sells for many times the regular card in the same grade.

In PSA 10 the regular card sells in the hundreds of dollars; SportsCardsPro’s guide has ranged from about $185 to $850 USD, so check recent sales. A Beckett Pristine 10 with four perfect subgrades is a different animal.
